Mindfulness Meditation

My Meditations

What Is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present and aware of your surroundings. It means noticing what you think, feel, taste, smell, see, and hear—right here, right now.

Meditation involves using guided imagery to relax both the mind and body. When we combine mindfulness and meditation, we become truly present with ourselves.

Too often, we try to escape our inner world—through television, alcohol, drugs, gambling, and other distractions. This avoidance can lead to stress, frustration, anxiety, and depression. Mindfulness meditation invites us to return to our roots. It helps us reconnect with our true identity and discover who we’re meant to become.

It’s a beautiful journey.

Through consistent practice, we begin to gain control over our thoughts and emotions, and we start stepping into our full potential.

Below are some meditations I’ve created. Pick one and give it a try. If it feels a little strange at first, that’s okay—keep going. The more you meditate, the better you’ll feel.

There are two rules to meditating. 1 - Let your thoughts wander, and 2 - Just notice them without judgment and gently come back to the meditation.

Bonus: For those with ADD or ADHD, practicing mindfulness meditation for 10–15 minutes a day over 3–6 months can significantly improve focus and attention.

Go ahead—give it a try!
