Membership Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Love’n Life by Amanda Membership. By joining, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully so you know what to expect and how your membership works.

1. Membership Access

• Your membership grants you access to the content, courses, and resources included in your selected plan (Silver or Gold).

• Access remains active as long as your membership payments are current.

• If your membership ends or a payment fails, access will pause until the issue is resolved.

2. Payments & Billing

• Membership fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).

• By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method.

• If a payment fails, the system may retry the charge. Continued failed payments may result in paused access.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel your membership at any time through your account or by contacting us directly.

• When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

• Because digital content is delivered immediately, membership fees are generally non‑refundable.

• Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of duplicate charges or technical errors.

4. Course Access

• If your plan includes courses, you will have access to them for as long as your membership remains active.

• One‑time course purchases (if applicable) provide lifetime access to that specific course.

5. Personal Use Only

• All content, videos, worksheets, and materials are for your personal use only.

• Sharing, copying, distributing, or reselling any content is not permitted.

6. Community Guidelines (if applicable)

For memberships that include community spaces (such as a private Facebook group):

• Be respectful and kind to others.

• No harassment, hate speech, or harmful behavior.

• We reserve the right to remove members who violate community guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials are owned by Love’n Life by Amanda.
Membership does not grant ownership rights to any content.

8. Changes to Membership

We may update membership features, pricing, or terms.
If changes are significant, members will be notified in advance.
